Please arrive 10-15 minutes early at the trailhead location

***just off HWY 97 on McKay Butte Road (NF-9735)***
Only 10 minutes from Sunriver or 25 minutes south of Bend
*Follow US-97 South to McKay Butte Road. Take Left off of HWY 97 onto gravel road named McKay Butte Road (NF 9735). It is just opposite the State Recreation Road to La Pine State Park turnoff.
Follow gravel road to the right, about 1000 feet off of hwy 97.
